These classes for ages 5-10 use songs, games, imaginative activities and creativity to teach kids yoga asana (poses), mindfulness, relaxation and pranayama (breathing) techniques. Yogis leave proud of what they accomplished in the studio having had lots of fun in the process, and are excited to use their new skills off the mat!

Family Yoga Fun! Bring one or more kids and one or more adults from your family to come explore yoga together in a playful, empowering setting! We'll enjoy games, songs, partner and group poses, and more as we learn yoga asana (poses), mindfulness and pranayama (breathing) techniques! What a fun weekend activity for your family to enjoy together!
