Family Yoga at DeForest Area Public Library - Mar 20th @ 6:00pm

School-aged kids and their adults will playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and other mindfulness techniques with songs, books, games, fun props, and imagination activities. Registration through the library is required. This is an in-person class! No cost to attend!
