Our talented instructors love working with Girl Scout Troops!

 

We customize our programs for Daisies, Brownies and Girl Scouts of all ages! Scouts each earn a Yoga Fun Patch (we provide them)!

​

**Virtual Workshops are available and are a great way for your troop to connect!

 

Our workshops for Girl Scout Troops can include:

  • A complete yoga class that teaches asana (poses), mindfulness techniques, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation

  • Craft Activities

  • Fun games and lessons that weave the Girl Scout Law together with yogic principles

  • Playful Partner Yoga

 

Convenient & Fun Learning

Party Packages

Our fun events are wonderful team-building events that:

  • empower Girl Scouts to try new things

  • encourage girls to keep their bodies healthy and strong

  • explore helpful mindfulness techniques that reduce the stress levels of these active girls

 

We come to your meeting location! We bring mats and all other supplies.

Our customizable programs are typically $14-18/Scout.
