Calling all kids ages 3-7! Join us for Superhero Yoga at Monroe Street Arts Center! Put on your favorite costume and join us for superhero training with yoga and mindfulness! We'll work on making our minds and bodies super strong and go on a superhero yoga adventure! (This is a drop-off class!)
